We proudly offer shipping to all cities and regions across Pakistan. We partner with multiple trusted and reputable courier services to ensure your package reaches you in the quickest and safest way possible.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee may apply to orders based on your location and package weight.

     

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Nationwide Delivery on all orders .

     

  • The final shipping cost will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

     

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

     

  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days.

     

  • Sales & Holidays: During peak sale periods or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer (5–7 working days).

     

  • Note: We do not typically process or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.

     

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

 

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer a convenient Cash on Delivery option for all orders within Pakistan.

 

  • Confirmation: COD orders must be confirmed via phone or message. Orders not confirmed within 3 days may be subject to cancellation.

     

  • Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package and make the payment on the expected delivery date.

     

6. Damaged or Missing Goods

Fragrance bottles are delicate. We use ample padding and secure packaging to protect your luxury scents during transit.

 

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival.

     

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged product, notify us immediately with photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.

     

7. International Shipping

Currently, Arafat Scents primarily caters to domestic orders within Pakistan. For international inquiries, please contact our customer support team for personalized assistance regarding availability and rates.
